If your trip is more than 45 days away, you can secure your itinerary with a deposit and make payments on the remaining balance. Depending on the time of your trip, the total cost can be split into 3 to 5 payments. The full amount needs to be paid 45 days before your arrival date.
Full cancellations received more than 45 days prior to your arrival date will obtain a full refund however there is a $400.00 non-refundable processing fee.
The cancellation penalties are as follows:
46 days or more: full refund minus the processing fee
35 – 45 days: 50% Refund
Less than 30 days: No Refund

We’d be more than happy to make changes 30 days prior to your arrival date, however last-minute changes will be up to our in-country partners based on availability of resources.
